AU in so far as male and female Rover models are twins; or more accurately were once the same person, now split into two forms when they fell. Male form has the Havoc abilities, female form has Spectro. When they experience the Black Shores, they both start to encounter the other's abilities, but they are...chaotic and difficult to control. They both develop the Aero abilities during canon events with much more natural control.
